Some suggestions to make Mixbook more user friendly. Some suggestions:
Please add a spell check!
Please add a margin guide. When I recieved my photobook, some of my text was too close to the edge.
When I decided to replace a picture in my book, the picture I replaced and moved back to the picture list on the L sie of the screen, was not unchecked in my list of pictures. So it was difficult to know if I used it or not.
When I removed a picture from my list, the pictures on the L side of the screen moved with my cursor, causing me to have to scroll down and find where I was at each time. That was a little annoying.

From a frown to a smile. My beginnings with Mixbook was not pleasant. I struggled with the whole checkout process. I did finally get the first of my books and it looked great. I have many photobooks under my belt but this was the first with Mixbook. They do need to tweak a few things in their system to be competative. The quality of the paper and print is great. the bindings are strong and somewhat larger than my other books which is a positive thing. I will use again, but hope they can take the few suggestions and add them to their program.

problems with your check outI am so frustrated I could Scream! Ordering a photobook shouldn't be so hard. I have 2 photobooks I need to order. I have a free ship code. The first book I ordered wouldn't accept the free ship because it said I needed to choose USPS media ship, which I did. I gave up and ordered it up anyway. Shipping $5.99 the second one I go to order, I put in the free ship code and it said it expired so I got to remove it, and it still tells me it cannot proceed because the coupon expired. Suggestion...find an new service. I am extremely frustrated with the process. I have gotten feedback from two of your reps which are very nice and responsive but when you are trying to fix a broken system, consumers begin to get irritated and the coupons which are supposed to smooth things over, cant' be used anyway. I really don't want to create a new photobook through my usual company because I have spent so much time on this one. but Gee Whiz!
