A comment on the idea "Add page to multiple folders" in PBwiki:
On the edit screen, next to the tags field, there is a link that says "Show All Tags". – Mike, on April 28, 2008 19:19

Hi charming, thanks for your feedback. PBwiki 2.0 is in beta right now, and that probably means it shouldn't be used for important stuff. Maybe we should make that more clear? You can still create a 1.0 wiki by skipping the beta section in the signup form.
During the 2.0 testing period, invite keys are disabled. We've found that logging in is one of the more difficult aspects of PBwiki, and for the time being, we've simplified things to just use accounts. Of course, we realize that this is less than ideal for educators whose students don't have or can't use email addresses, and finding a system that works for those wikis is a high priority.
Mike replied on February 12, 2008 21:22 to the question "Embedding Forms?" in PBwiki:
Do you mean that the page displays the form, but when you fill it out, it doesn't do anything? PBwiki doesn't directly support collecting form data, but it is possible to use other services like Wufoo (http://wufoo.com/) to build your form, embed it in your wiki and collect the data.

Mike replied on February 05, 2008 03:22 to the problem "I am the creator/administrator of a private wiki, but I cannot log in to the wiki." in PBwiki:
This is actually two different bugs.
1. Not being able to log in as an administrator: We've fixed this, and you should be able to log in with your account with no problems. Contact support if this is not the case.
2. Sharing doesn't work on wikis without invite keys: While we work on this bug, the workaround is to add users from the Admin panel. Go to Settings, then Users, Add users section, and enter email addresses in the form.

Mike replied on February 01, 2008 03:19 to the question "How do I create a PBwiki account?" in PBwiki:
Go to MyPBwiki to create your account.
If you created a wiki after January 24th, 2008, you already have an account, because the wiki creation process now asks you to create one.

Unfortunately, having a lot of skins tends to make it much slower to build new features for PBwiki, because we have to make sure each page looks right on every skin.
Skin/theme support is not yet available in PBwiki 2.0, but I think we're leaning towards providing the basic 2.0 skin with a number of color choices, and ultimately the ability to define your own color scheme. We'd love to hear feedback from the community about how this feature should evolve.

If you are using Firefox, it is possible to set your cookies to be deleted when the browser is closed. To do this, click on 'Tools' on the menu bar, select 'Options', click on the 'Privacy' tab. In the cookies section, of that tab, there's a drop down labled 'Keep until'. If you change that to 'I close Firefox' and press OK, your cookies will be cleared when the browser closes.
Mike replied on January 30, 2008 07:59 to the question "Is it possible to hide the "files" page on an upgraded wiki." in PBwiki:
At the moment, there's no way to hide files like you can hide pages, but it sounds like a feature worth consider for future releases.
One possible workaround would be to create a second wiki that stored files you want to keep hidden, and only the people with access to that wiki could see the files. If everyone has a PBwiki account, it should work pretty seamlessly.
