The music in Loudcrowd is communal. Like a house party, radio station, or a club, everyone is listening to the same music. Right now DJ Zee, who spins down in Brooklyn and the city when not on Loudcrowd, is picking new tracks to go up weekly with input from the community. There's obviously lots of fun things we can do here in the future.

I see one use case where this is an issue. We happened to be testing the service over at Conduit Labs and so we made a bunch of test posts before we realized that we could not delete posts. Now there are a bunch of bogus/joke posts under our own company.

We're also implementing the Help Center, and starting to do some basic changes to it -- so getting it up to speed with the actual functionality of the site ASAP would be great.

This is me testing our Help Center, and also letting everyone know that currently, unfortunately, we do not have a way to retrieve/reset your password. Yes, it's very basic, and we'll be on it for the next release. In the meantime email us and we'll figure a way to help you out.

one of the real keys of any product that allows user feedback, especially if it is aligned with our brand, is the ability to have some account/management control. is this possible at all in a custom install of get satisfaction?
