Fantastic service, could not be happier.I just noticed Atlantic Metro was on GetSatisfaction!
I'm an Operations Engineer with Outbrain (another happy user of GetSatisfaction). We've been using AMC to host almost all of our infrastructure to this point and we couldn't be happier with their service.
We've got several racks in two of their data centers and we're planning expanding with them more as well as leasing their metro ethernet service for our NYC office.
You never need to deal with tiers of red tape. Always available, responsive and professional, Stephen, J.P., James, Max and Christian all know their stuff, never need to look at a reference (at least I've never witnessed it) and can typically keep your entire setup in their heads. They are imminently flexible and will really work with you to build out what you need.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I've got dozens of stories where they have gone way above and beyond. I wouldn't know where to begin...
I may be laying it on thick, but I really can't imagine trusting our infrastructure with anyone else at this point.

Pam,
On further investigation, I don't believe we can support your site. The main problem is that there is no url per post. The layout of your site puts all of your posts in one flat, monolithic, page.
We require a page-per-post structure for identifying each post/document and to be able to crawl it.
I'm very sorry. If you migrate your blog to WordPress, TypePad or another common platform, our widget will be easily installable.

I ticked you're most popular count to 5.
Looks like it popped up to 4.
When you get enough rating information it will pop up 5 and fully populate the widget.
Lets us know if you want to ramp it up or down.
