A comment on the question "Additional purchases at booking" in Rezgo.com:
hi Phil, are you planning to support add-ons based on a number in the future?

A comment on the question "Print receipt option after booking" in Rezgo.com:
hi Stephen, thanks for your reply. I see what you mean now, we were expecting the print receipt to open the window with 'printers', but it opens a printable version, which you can then print yourself.

Print receipt option after bookingI noticed that once you have made a booking you get the option to 'print receipt'.
However, this doesn't seem to work in my case.
Or does this 'print receipt option' only work after you have actually taken care of the payment? If that's the case, maybe it is possible to make this more obvious ?
Thanks, Nicholas
Nicholas asked a question in Rezgo.com on July 05, 2009 20:43:
Can availability of inventory be linked on 'price point' level instead of 'tour option' level? While working on the structure of my tours / tour options / price points, I am running into the following 'issue'.
I would like to link availability of inventory, however as far as I understand correctly this can only be done by linking inventory at 'tour option level'. And in my case I would like to be able to link availability on 'price point level'.
In my business a 'tour' has the following 3 options:
1) Tickets
2) Packages
3) Hospitality
Each of the 3 'tour options' mentioned above, have the following 3 'price points' (which are the same for all 3 tour options):
- Grandstand (i.e. inventory 20 seats)
- Lateral (i.e. inventory 30 seats)
- Goal (i.e. inventory 40 seats)
In the structure mentioned here, I can't link availability of inventory. I could however change the order and 'promote' my current 'price points' (grandstand, lateral, goal) to options and change my current 'tour options' (tickets, packages, hospitality) to price points, but that wouldn't be quite as obvious/clear for our clients when booking their tour with us.
Is there any suggestion for a workaround here, so that I can link availability of inventory at 'price point level' (maybe there is something simple which I haven't thought of yet....)? Or is this something which can be developed by Rezgo?
Hope you can help me out.
Nicholas
Nicholas asked a question in Rezgo.com on July 05, 2009 13:02:
Shopping basket functionality (multiple tours AND options?)I understand that Rezgo is working on a 'shopping basket functionality'. Regarding this new functionality, will it be possible to book multiple 'tours', as well as multiple 'options' (before moving on to the payment process)? And when is this functionality expected to become available?
Thanks, Nicholas

How can I 'tweak' the text box: tour details/description/overview ?Dear Rezgo,
1) I would like to now how I can add an image to the text box: tour
details/description/overview? I have tried right mouse button 'insert/edit hyperlink', but this doesn't seem to work for me. I also tried inserting some html code into the overview text box, but it looks like you can't work with html here.
2) Also I would like to know how you can leave the text boxes empty, even if they have a 'required *'. If you for instance take a look at http://www.aspecialmemory.com/; you will see that the 'overview' tab has no text.
