Keep getting "Invalid username or password" message.

I can't activate my Twitter and Delicious accounts because I get the following message: "Error: Invalid username or password."

My password uses an ampersand (&) and I wonder if tarpipe doesn't account for special characters in the password field...

I reinstall OS X a few days ago and when I reinstalled Expandrive the license key from my email inbox was corrupted. I sent a request to support on 9/30 to reissue the key but I haven't heard from you.

This is very good news. This is currently my biggest issue with ExpanDrive. Looking forward to the new release when MacFUSE gets around to releasing the feature in a stable manner.

MacFUSE 1.9, in experimental developer release, now supports the feature we needed. ExpanDrive 1.2.11 adds experimental support to let us detect and update our cache if the file has been changed on the server.

There isn't a great way to do this over SFTP, unfortunately

I'd consider setting up root access over SSH but only using public key authentication.

Doh! I must look like the biggest newb.

I was (until 1 hour ago) using ED 1.2.0 and OS X 10.5.3.

I just updated to 1.2.2 and haven't been able to test this yet.

I'm assuming that you'll not this in a future change-log on your site, so I'll have a way of knowing when the patch is available? Hope it doesn't take Singh and his team too long to push this out.

Mounted volumes become unavailable after switching between work and home networks.

When I mount a volume at work (Dreamhost), take my MBP home, and try to access the same volume, it acts like it's mounted properly (green light in Drive Manager, browsing files in Finder, etc.) but when I go to access something that's not cached (i.e. a directory I hadn't yet browsed) I just get a white finder window. I doesn't show any of the directory's contents.

So, when I un-mount the volume and re-mount it, it starts working wonderfully.

Ideas?

I chgrp the files to a group that I belong to. That way root still owns them but I can edit them. HTH.
