You can add information on the type of computers, monitors and printers in your Home Profile. To complete this, please go to https://www.microsoft-hohm.com/Home/H... and select the Appliances section from the options on the right. Several drop down sections will appear; the computer information is saved under Home Office.

We plan to add options for game consoles and TVs in future versions of Hohm. Thank you for using Hohm!

Thanks for reporting your problem with entering zip code 10472. We do support this zip code in our model, so need a bit more information from you to find out what is causing this error. Can you tell us when you are getting the error? Is it on the sign up page? Could you also confirm that you are just putting in the 5 digit code and not adding any routing numbers? We look forward to resolving this for you!

Thanks for your feedback. While we think all home owners can get value from Hohm, the beta is currently more geared towards single-family homes. In future releases we plan to ask more conditional questions based on your type of home just like you are mentioning and ensure more relevance of the questions for apartments/condos.

If there are questions that aren’t relevant today, simply leave them blank. Or, for questions asking about insulation above you and in your walls, for apartments and condos, you can select the maximum values allowed. It is possible we may over-estimate your costs.

I am so sorry that you continue to have issues accessing the site. Our Test team was able to reproduce the error and make suggestions to resolve it. Could I have you try signing out of Hohm using your original Live ID and then going to https://accountservices.passport.net/... to create a new Live ID altogether? You should then be able to create a new account without issue, but let us know if the Create Account link continues to give you trouble.

From what we are able to tell, your user profile somehow was corrupted when it was created. Could you please delete your account and attempt to create a new one to see if this resolves it?

To delete your account:
1. After a sign-in attempt leads to the error page, click the My Account link at the top right of the page, then click the Delete my Hohm Account link at the bottom of the My Account page.
2. Sign up with a different Live ID.You can create a new Live ID by visting https://accountservices.passport.net/...

Please let us know if this does not resolve the problem.

We attempted to reproduce the error you received using your zip code but were unsuccessful and found no other server errors that would have contributed to your login failures. If you could provide an estimate on the time of day that you were attempting to login, we can look at specific logs. Please let us know if this problem persists for you.
