Product RSS feeds redirect to community home.RSS feeds for specific products (for example http://wwh.lincoln.ac.uk/universityof...) redirect back to the community home page, instead of returning the RSS.
This doesn't seem to affect the 'all topics' RSS feed, only with a specific product.

It looks like what's happened is that your computer isn't reporting its version of Windows in as much detail as we were expecting - nothing to worry about, it just means that we try to give you the wrong version of the drivers (32 bit, instead of 64 bit).
When prompted to download the drivers you need to download the 64 bit version (there's a small link underneath the big download button), this should solve your problem and let you print.

Hi Jonathan,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble printing from Windows 7. We're still ironing a few kinks out of the Print From My PC service, and although our Windows 7 test machine worked it looks like you've spotted a combination of things we missed.
I'll take another look at our driver package to see if there's anything I can quickly change to get you printing as fast as possible, but in the meantime could you help us out by telling us which version of Windows 7 you are using (if you know)?
I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.
