We had an earlier bug in ZKOUT allowing username containing spaces and special characters registering using the mobile web application. This has now been corrected and these characters are forbidden. You can email support@wichro.com if you keep having this problem and we can replace your username with a valid formatted name.

Good example,

We have noticed some differences in the geocoders and the address data used in ZKOUT and we are working on unifying them for an accurate positioning. Fireeagle is currently using a different geocoder engine the rest of the application and in some parts of the world one or the other gives the wrong position.

These are problems we are working on for upcoming releases but examples like yours helps us to find the root of the problem.

I can lighten up your day to let you know that the notes for the pictures will be available shortly and you will see it in the next minor version with caption and location.

A better formatting of the location making it less chatty is a great suggestion.

This is your lucky day. You don't need to be a social person to use ZKOUT. You can set your privacy to private only and use ZKOUT as an online private dictionary to record, where, what and when things happened. I do suggest to use the social features of ZKOUT to interact with the people around you and share things that you found interesting in your neighborhood. You might even find some new friends on the way.

We are currently having problems with the .mov quicktime encoder and have a fix in pipeline. Any other format will work for now and You will soon be able to upload your .mov files.

You can access ZKOUT from you mobile web browser by typing m.zkout.com in the address field of the phone browser. ZKOUT will adjust to your mobile and you have to do no further settings.
