What the heck is going on? It makes no sense that I've been suspended.

My Twitter account was erroneously suspended. There is no reason it should have been suspended. I'd like to get it restored as soon as possible.

I've written to Twitter support through their web site but writing to them there always feels like it's falling in a big black hole.

I really need some help here -- I'm very frustrated and have no clue why Twitter has done this.
