Hi Chris,
Go to your Feed Flare dashboard (choose Optimize -> Feed Flare from the Feed Burner dashboard).
Validate that in your Personal Feed Flare list, Outbrain Rating feed appear.
If no- please follow the instructions here: http://www.outbrain.com/get/ratings/F...
Remember to check the radio buttons for "feed" or "site"- for the outbrain rater.
Click "save".
Now Outbrain rater should work in your feed.
I hope this will solve your problem.
P.s: Trying to add your feed to Google reader/site failed- it looks like your feed URL is wrong.
