Rescuetime 'Configuration System Failed to Initialize'

When starting Rescuetime, I get this message:



I've tried reinstalling; I've tried deleting all folders with 'Rescuetime' in them and reinstalling. No love. Any help?

Maxthon is my 'work' browser as well... in fact, I'd say it's indespensable for web designers, since it uses the IE engine to show sites but has a lot of the functionality of Firefox, and does a lot of tricks that FF doesn't. Sooo.... please please PLEASE get maxthon support running!! ^_^
