I have been able to succesfully get a RSS to ping.fm via twitterfeed as suggested above.

The problem I'm having is that some sites like Twitter will only update via micro-blog. Others like Bebo need a blog. Ping.fm enables one to set up posting groups to get round this but they dont seem to work when one is using an automatic feed like twtterfeed.

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?
