Hi Dan,
Currently customers need to call in to cancel a booking. You will then be able to access the booking information in the back end of Rezgo. Here is a link on how to manage tour and activity bookings in Rezgo.
When you cancel a booking, you will have the option to notify the customer, or you can choose not to notify them of the change.

Hi Dan,
You can run transactions up to the billing section when your site is off. You can do this in preview mode. If you want to run a full transaction past the billing screen, you can hide your tours, turn your site on, and link directly to the tour url. This will then hide your tours from your site, but you will be able to complete a transaction.
