Hi Jason,
While we currently do not support requirement selection, we do allow you to add your own custom Form Field that must be filled in. You can have a field that asks for "contact phone number when in Edmonton" for example, and they will have to put an answer in in order to complete the booking. Here is a link on adding custom form fields.

Phil replied on July 03, 2009 23:26 to the question "How can I 'tweak' the text box: tour details/description/overview ?" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Nicholas,
1) Due to restrictions on what data we can include in our description fields, we have had to remove HTML and inline images from the descriptions. If you want to add HTML, you can use the "Additional Info" field. We needed to limit the HTML due to the fact that all of this information is transmitted through our XML feed to vendors, and some HTML can ruin other Vendor templates. We do not send the "Additional Info" field to Vendors, so you can use this for inline pics/HTML.
2) A special memory had entered their inventory before we updated the requirements for tour descriptions. Their new inventory conforms to our standards: http://aspecialmemory.rezgo.com/tour/...
All the best,
Phil

Phil replied on May 21, 2009 19:16 to the question "Is there a way to exclude Check Availability Calender, Schedule, Media from the page?" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Chirag,
Currently you can not exclude the booking calendar as it is how customers plan and book their tours/attractions. The Schedule is needed for our distribution system, so that all products have relevant information for the bookings consumer on all sites that feature your products. The media section is not necessary, but it does help consumers to feel confident with the product they are buying. We can see if the media tab can be hidden, but I recommend that you use it.
If you want to customize the look and feel of your Rezgo booking site, we have an open XML API that allows you to develop a custom interface that can be integrated with your existing site. Let me know if you want more information.
All the best,
Phil

Phil replied on May 08, 2009 19:39 to the question "I want my photos to look great!" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Summer,
There are two different image types for Rezgo. The first is the Tour Image or Icon. This is the image that is associated with each tour. You will need to have a square image that is larger than 150px by 150px.
The other images are for the tour image gallery. These images are automatically resized to fit the gallery window. You can upload high quality images, and you will want them to be larger than 500px by 400px in order to look correct.
All the best,
Phil

Hi Summer,
I had a look at your account and I noticed that you are using the price points to determine the number of guests for each trip. I would recommend that you use tour options to set the price for a specific group size. Remember that there is a "Copy Option" button that makes it quick and efficient to duplicate data. The button is on the top right next to the edit button.
If your tour has only select departure dates, you can set a current date range rule to change availability to the tour from 0 to X, 30 days before the tour date. If you don't have a set tour date, there is currently no way to have an availability window of 30 days. Please email me directly if you have specific questions about this functionality.
Here is some more info on rules
All the best,
Phil
