We are in the process of upgrading our reporting system. When our reporting system has been upgraded you will see the "overall total", "taxes" and "sub-total" fields in our reports. Our appologies for the delay, but we are working hard to ensure that adequate reports are available.

How do you manage multiple different departure dates?A Rezgo tour and activity member recently described the following situation:
"I don't have a regular departure schedule, and have tours leaving at various days throughout the month. How do I manage my tours to show only those various departure days?"
We support this, but it requires some work. You can manage your single day inventory in two ways:
- On the tour option, you have the opportunity to select "Availability" tab, you can then set the 'start date' and 'end date'. If you set the start date and end date as the one departure date, then that option would only show up for 1 day. You will then have to copy this option and adjust the start date and end date for each option for every day you are departing.
- You can manage the availability in rules. By default you can set your tour availability to 0. and then create a rule that sets the availability for certain tour dates that will increase the availability. This will allow you to modify multiple inventory items with one rule, which will lower the number of tour options you have to create, but it may slow down the generation of the calendar.
Both options allow you to specify specific departure dates.

Yes, you can point your own domain to your Rezgo account. It will appear as if the booking system is on your domain until the secure booking page, where it will go back to your Rezgo domain for security purposes (http://ABC.rezgo.com for example). You will need to have a Rezgo Pro account to use this feature.

I apologize if I was not able to answer all of your questions while we were on the phone this morning. In regards to the support tickets submitted yesterday, due to our recent database connection issues, we had to focus all resources on ensuring that the system was up and running, and as a result, there may be a delay in responding to all service tickets.
Also, we have removed the online/live chat support feature from our support website as we found that we were having to track too many channels for support, I am sorry if your chat requests were lost 6 days ago.

Our development team has identified the cause of the database connection issues. One of our servers was host to a testing environment that was creating the interruptions. This testing environment was not related to Rezgo but did periodically slow connections to the booking system.
This testing environment has been identified, isolated and removed from the server.
Our apologies for any interruption of Rezgo's booking services, we are constantly working to ensure that Rezgo is active and accessible 100% of the time.

I believe that you are our first tour operator in Zanzibar. If you have any contacts with local DMOs, I would be happy to follow up with them to see if we can establish a promotion and distribution partnership. This would allow for added economic benefit to tour operators and the DMO in your area.
I am not sure if there are any online payment processors for Zanzibar. If you know of any, and are willing to pay for integration, we would be happy to add it to our list of supported payment gateways.
