Over the past 3 months Rezgo has added several new features to the back-end; features like geo-tagging, videos, an enhanced layout, full itinerary support, a check-in module, full booking management, enhanced reporting and several others.
As a software as a service, all of this functionality is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection, anywhere in the world. There are no installs on your computer, and any patch is automatically updated to your account, not to mention all of this functionality is free.
The downside to offering all of this functionality and business solutions on a web platform, is that it is not as simple as it looks. We try to make the interface as intuitive as possible, and that can be deceiving. There is a lot of complexity behind the system that may not be apparent to our users, and that complexity can take some time to process.
While adding tours does take some time, we are sure that you will save time by automatically selling your tours 24/7 on your website and through our growing network of distributors.

Hi Deb,
Good question. We have two safeguards that will prevent this situation.
1) It is impossible to delete a booking. We have created a trash bin that stores bookings for 60 days, so if you had a employee that wanted to delete bookings, they would still be in your system and a full history of who deleted what will also be kept.
2)Booking agents can only access their own bookings. They are not able to see other bookings and can only "trash" their own bookings.
We would also recommend that you delete the user account to prevent a booking agent from accessing the account after they have been terminated.

It is not guaranteed to import every site, but works for most. If you need to customize your template you can follow this tutorial:

Our WYSIWYG editor has image uploading capabilities that allow you to import images into your template.

Can I advertise and accept various currencies online with Rezgo system?
Not yet, we are looking into various payment options, but for now you specify the default currency that you charge guests. Each account does include acces to an integrated currency converter, here is some more information:

Can I include videos including thumbnail videos onto website?
We have added a media section to tours that allows you to add photos and videos that are hosted on other sites like Youtube, Google video etc.
Can I update information and make other changes myself to website?
Yes, we give and encourage individuals to take charge of their own booking platform. There is a learning curve, but we are making enhancements on a monthly basis to make the system easy and powerful for tour and activity suppliers and distributors.
Can I provide duplication of my website in other langauges?
We are working on a localization module for Rezgo, it is scheduled for development and we will keep everyone posted on our progress.
Is there a set-up charge to make our current merchant services available for online payments?
We support a number of payment gateways, if yours is currently not supported, there will be an integration fee to program the connector. Online payments are supported in Rezgo Pro, which costs $149.99 USD per month.

It sounds like you are using the "bookings" button to replicate the functionality of the reports menu. We have several reports that you can generate that will give you all of the information you need in a convenient and printable format. We have a built in passenger manifest that you can check and print daily for each tour, or you can customize your criteria with our legacy reports.

We are very close to the launch or the Rezgo Payment solution tour tours and activities. As sections of the system are still under development and not finalized, we a going to wait until is is ready for launch to give specific details. Based on overview of PayPal gift certificates, Rezgo should be able to accept gift certificates if you have a PayPal business account. Keep in mind that we don't officially support it, and have not tested it. With that being said, it should work.

We are looking into a solution that will allow greater communication between supplier and customer, however we need to balance that ability with also protecting vendors that drive sales to suppliers sites.
We are upgrading Rezgo on a monthly basis and we are currently focused on launching our own payment gateway solution for the distribution network. We will keep you posted as time goes on as more functionality is added.
