Phil set one of Phil's replies as an official response to "Editing a Reservation" in Rezgo.com
Phil replied on November 27, 2008 18:22 to the question "Editing a Reservation" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Val,
Currently due to the way the system structures inventory, changing dates / times on the fly is not supported. You can cancel the booking and update the information on the back-end, and with Rezgo Pro, you can quickly see the availability for the next tour options, and then create a new booking. We are looking into ways to streamline this functionality.
All the best,
Phil

Phil replied on November 25, 2008 19:09 to the question "No Confirmation Page" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Val,
I ran two test bookings on your site with IE and Firefox, and both worked and gave a confirmation. The issue you described may be that you are entering the credit card # in the name field, I know that I have done this several times before.
One other issue that I noticed is that your CSS is not formatting correctly, you may need to tighten up the formatting. One other small issue is that you are referencing external images on your booking pages, if these external links are not secure, then your booking pages will not be considered secure either. Let me know if you require more information about uploading images into your account.
I hope this guides you in the right direction.

The answer is yes and no. Some of the template's style can be changed in the embedded style sheet in your Rezgo template section, which includes template headings (not embedded content). The calendar on the other hand is not able to be modified unless you decide to host an XML API on your server and customize the interface, which will require additional programming and development.

Yes, we even have a built in button generator that you can use to create a customized button to embed within your website that will link directly to your tour inventory. Here is a tutorial on linking to your tour.

Hi Summer,
It looks like credit card capture was enabled instead of just using PayPal. However now PayPal is the only payment method. As this booking was not processed through PayPal, you will have to run it manually through your own payment gateway.
Here is a support site link talking about accepted payment methods.
I hope this clarifies what was taking place with your membership.

Phil replied on November 04, 2008 17:56 to the question "I was wondering how you make only one price point show up when people are booking?" in Rezgo.com:
This is situation is easy to accommodate in Rezgo as long as you realize that there is a difference between a '0' price point and no price point. If you want to have only one price point display on the front end of your Rezgo account, be sure to only fill in pricing information for that price point. If you enter a '0' it will assume that you are giving the tour away for free.
If you enter a promo code into the system and you see additional price fields being displayed, then most likely your rule is activating the other price fields, you have to ensure that all additional price fields have no data associated with them. Here is some more information on Pricing and Promo Codes.

In this image, the first price point will show a 10% price discount, the second price field will show a price of $0, and all of the other price fields will not be displayed.

Say you have a tour and there is only one price, regardless of child, senior, etc.
When I edit the pricing on a particular Tour Option, the other prices still show up on the client end
of the display, and default to the min. set price. I just want one price to show up ie one "adult" Any ideas on how I could
do that?"
A tour supplier recently asked this question, and I thought it may help other tour and activity suppliers.
Phil set one of Phil's replies as an official response to "how do I use the tabs to organize my tour;s category" in Rezgo.com
Phil replied on November 03, 2008 19:48 to the question "how do I use the tabs to organize my tour;s category" in Rezgo.com:
Hi Bheki,
This is not a default function of our system, and it will require some HTML modification of your template. If you are not comfortable with HTML, I recommend getting the assistance of a professional.
Here are the steps:
1. You will need to group your tours together with Tags. On the back end of Rezgo, you will find the Tag options under the categories menu. Here is a brief tutorial on categories/tags: http://support.rezgo.com
2. Now copy the URL for the Tagged group, you can find this by clicking on the 'tag' on your Rezgo front end.
3. Open your 'Site Template' on the back end of Rezgo. Search for 'topnav' without the quotes. You will see the following code:
<!--
<li id="topnav_home"><a href="/">home</a></li>
<li id="topnav_about"><a href="/content/about.php">about</a></li>
<li id="topnav_contact"><a href="/content/contact.php">contact</a></li>
li id="topnav_Vancouver_Tours"><a href="/tag/Vancouver+Tours">Vancouver Tours</a></li>
<li id="topnav_Winter_Tours"><a href="/tag/Winter+Tours">Winter Tours</a></li>
<li id="topnav_Summer_Tours"><a href="/tag/Summer+Tours">Summer Tours</a></li>
-->
In this example, I have pasted my tag locations for three unique tabs on the template. You can see after the 'a href=' my tag location or '/tag/winter+tours'
Be sure to include the first forward slash or else it will not work. You can then see that I added the title of my tab or 'Winter Tours' after the href.
Here is the URL of my test example:
http://supertours.rezgo.com/tour
Let me know if this helps.
