A comment on the problem "Error message when trying to open PDF documents in browser. (Adobe Reader 9)" in Adobe:
Try the following
Close FireFox
Copy nppdf32.dll from the adobe reader dir (with default install, It should be found here: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\Browser)
Paste it in your plug-ins dir, overwriting the one that is there (with default install, the plug-in dir is here: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
restart Firefox and try it out – jtsroka, on November 18, 2008 17:40

Abi replied on November 18, 2008 01:07 to the question "how do I remove a command?" in Mozilla:
It was not done because it was not a very important thing (if you're not going to replace the existing command with another one, why remove it entirely?).
But you can unsubscribe to the specific command feed. So, if you want to remove the Yahoo search command, you can unsubscribe to the Search feed and then, you'll lose Google, too. And the only way to solve that would be copy/paste the commands you want into a new feed.
That said, toggling individual commands is definitely something that might get done in the future.

I don ́t really know if THAT Solution would be the best - just think about:
Who is applying to getSatisfaction? Right - Clients! Client ́s shouldn ́t have to add extra apps to just apply once or twice.
I think it would be much better if the tool focuses on the "companies & employees". The Tool runs mostly into background - if someone posts into the account, the employee gets an instantmessage from the Tool allowing direct answer.
Of course it would be as well a full interface where the employee could navigate through all topics and manage many things.
On the other Side - for Clients - I would offer a Bookmarklet. If the Client have an Idea or a Question (or what else) he clicks on the Bookmarklet which opens up a Feedback Form similar to the Widget. From this Form he can choose a Company/Product by Dropdown which he ́s use and post direct into it. Thats good for simple clients and for the Community as well - thats what I think.
If you would like I make the Designs for these 2 Goodies, and together we could look about a Developer for AIR - come on Guys - lets bring it out=)-
