Help! Prezi desktop hangs during save and autosave and work is lost!
Every so often, prezi gets stuck showing "saving" or "autosave", and I cannot leave the application unless I close the window, which means work is lost. Needless to say this is very frustrating and scary. I have seen that other users have reported this as well so I assume it is a prioritized bugfix,.Is there anything I can do as a workaround or precaution to stop this from happening? Is there a memory size limit on prezis? Where are the prezis located so I can find out the size? I think Prezi is very very good and I value the capabilities apart from this so glitch, so please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks!

My configuration: Pro account. Windows Vista Home premium 2GB RAM, no other apps running at the same time.

You guys are impressive! The app is awesome and you give good support too. I am very glad I found prezi and bought the pro account.

prezi desktop is empty, no presentations are shown, even though I am logged in. Quitting and restarting a few times usually helps. It looks like the prezi icons are hidden under the "create new" box.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried several times restarting both Prezi desktop and windows, but the problem persists. Is there anything else I can try?

This is how you can solve it: Open control panel/ mouse settings and assign keystrokes pageup and pagedown (forward and back in Prezi) to the buttons you want to use. I have chosen the left and right side buttons. Hope this helps.

I get an error while updating Prezi desktop from 1.111 to 1.112. I get a message when starting prezi desktop saying that an update is available. When I click download now and install, I get an error message saying an error occured and that the AIR file is damaged. I have tried this several times with the same result.

Hi !

I am having a problem which might or might not be related.
I can’t get past the create profile stage, so I can’t get to photosynth. I’m caught in an infinite loop at the create profile stage.

First I go the www.photosynth.net site
I get the dialog box: “New to photosynth? You’ll need to create a profile...”
(I have already created a profile, but cannot get past this anyway)

I click the dialog box saying “Create a profile”

Windows Live ID website opens in I.E, giving me two options

Log out from this account and log in with another e-mail address
Stay logged in using this ID

I choose Stay logged in using this ID

The following dialog is displayed:
Your Photosynth profile has been created! You can now close this window and return to the Photosynther.
I close the window and a dialog box appears:
”When you’re done creating your photosynth profile, click OK to create a synth”
I click OK and get back to the “New to Photosynth...” dialog box again!!

Win XP SP3 and I.E 7 and I have also tried Firefox.
I am logged in since I can create a profile and comment on synths.
I have also tried changing my windows live password to 7 chars.

Please help!

Hi I tried changing the password to a shorer one, but the problem remains. I think at this point it is probably only with help from Live Labs that this can be solved. How can I get in touch with them ?
