The answer is:
On your Home page You'll find My Sites and Services, Click add website. Fill in information. Also if you have your blog for example @ blogspot.com go to add service and fill blogger.com profile code.

To see your community site, just use search at the top of mybloglog site (right to Help?). Write your mybloglog username or name of the blog and you'll find it:)
