As the links to Twitter, Facebook, Last.fm, Flickr, etc. are links to other web addresses of mine the 'rel="me"' (XFN) would be applicable to mark them as my sites and add them to my social graph.
As Google and Yahoo! support these microformats it can be useful.

That's what I thought too. "My Activities" would not be the right place. A separate feed would be a good idea!

Nice to see that I get e-mails when an activity is commented. Would also be nice if an RSS feed would contain these comments too. Just don't know if "my activities" feed is the right one for that?

As there are other services out there using OAuth like http://img.ly/ there is no need anymore to use TwitPic.
As I see less people using TwitPic in my Twitter stream I am not the only one thinking like that.

Vielleicht sollte überhaupt yiid.net auf yiid.com weitergeleitet werden, oder umgekehrt. Könnte grundsätzlich ein Problem werden, wenn man sich auf der falschen Seite mit einer OpenOD einloggen will.
Wobei ich finde, dass für YIID net besser passt als com.
