Wouter suggested to re-install the tracker. That solved the problem for me. Now I am aware and check my status on a regular basis. The tip from Mario makes it more easy to verify the settings.

I've got the same problem. Not a new user ... but it's not sending updates or not tracking usage since a couple of weeks. Most recent usage is from the beginning of june.

I had the same problem. I did the following: deleted the account in the periscope gadget. Added the account again, refreshed and the gadget was working as expected. Now let's see if it stays that way.

Downloading a vCard results in a plain text file. The file extension .vcf has to be added to be recognized (Mac, Firefox only; no problem in Safari).

Due to a last minute bug in the PhotoZoom service the feature was pulled, but since the app was submitted to Apple the bug has been fixed. We'll be submitting a new version to Apple in a day or two that will re-enable the feature.

If you want to try it now, though, the functionality exists but is a bit hard to get to. Hit '+' on the main screen and select 'RSS Feed'. Enter the following url:

http://photozoom.mslivelabs.com/API/AlbumListFeed.ashx?alias={YOUR USERNAME}


Your stuff should then show up on the main screen. Or, you can wait until the nice easy way gets pushed out in a week or so :)

@wouter I had no long period of idleness. The information came back when I re-installed the tracker. That seems to have done the trick. Perhaps that's a good suggestion to users to re-install when things don't work as expected. Which is good advice in any case. Thanks!

I'm having a similar issue. My tracker is up and running; I get notifications, but it seems that no usage is being reported. See my profile for last week and yesterday: http://wakoopa.com/pvantees
Just to make sure I've downloaded the tracker again but still the same problem.

I have a similar problem. Uploaded a presentation yesterday. Embedded it on my blog (http://www.crossmediaspecialist.nl/ex...).

Worked on it this morning and uploaded a new version of the same presentation. On Slideshare it's ok, but the embedded one is showing the previous version. Cleared caches, embedded again (several times), rebooted my computer, used another browser. Still the same problem. Is there a caching problem on the server side?
