I've been having a lot of problems in the last month. Nothing gets posted to Twitter anymore. So last night I re-setup my account to make sure I was using OAuth and re-added my feed. It grabbed one post but then stopped working. I'm at a lost.... for ~2 months everything was working fantastic.

Our other stream seems to be working fine though...

Hey Will,
The contact thumbnail currently operates as intended, which is consistent with Apple's address book. Currently you are unable to enlarge the thumbnail, nor will it be added to your private photo gallery automatically. To add photos to your photo gallery, you must do it independently from adding a contact thumbnail.
Customers have requested a private gallery feature for each contact, and we're considering this idea for the future.
I hope this answers your question, please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

A comment on the idea "Switch between multiple accounts easily." in OtherInbox:
Thanks for the feedback! I did not realize I could use multiple domains within one OI, great tip.
I like keeping each business domain compartmentalized in it's own OI because employees do not necessarily overlap, so that gives us some level of permission control.
About the only critical feature I think businesses would like is the ability to designate some mailboxes as forwarding accounts, but I'm sure you guys are already working on that cause that would be nice for personal accounts too.
For our business, forwarding would actually alleviate any immediate need for a permission schema. Perhaps down the line it would be nice to give some employees low-level access to support@ and feedback@, but we're not there yet... only a couple of us.
Currently, the partners and I use OI so we don't have to clog our work emails with needless mail frwds to inform each other of support / marketing / press efforts. With OI each person can step in and answer emails that have not been responded too or read, etc.. It saves us a lot of time, keeps us nimble, and our costs lean.
This works great because one of our partners is in Australia, so when I'm awake he's sleeping and visa-versa. The last thing we want to deal with is syncing this type of communication. OtherInbox does this for us -- it's our secretary. :) – Colin A., on December 11, 2008 18:11

Switch between multiple accounts easily. We use OtherInbox as a transparent communication tool within our small company. It works great for a lot reasons (!!!), but this means we have an otherinbox account for @(domain1), @(domain2), and soon @(domain3).
Since I also have my own personal OtherInbox account, it would be awesome to have some type of drop down to switch between multiple OtherInbox without having to log back into each one. An OI wormhole!
I'm not sure if you've considered a "small business" version of OI, but I'd certainly pay a subscription for some more advanced features like this, permission structures, etc...
You guys already know how much I love it, keep up the great work!

Account Settings visibilityCongrats on the launch! Here's a small thing I noticed:
Had a hard time finding the account settings button. Kept looking in the user profile box underneath the logo. Would suggest adding it to the user profile box... Or perhaps a thickbox to push users directly to the account settings page if they are missing critical information.
Otherwise, lookin hot!
