Hi Robert,
Sorry for the frustration. You should be able to find the links for any downloads and for Errata on the book's catalog page on oreilly.com below the image of the book's cover. Here's the catalog page for Dreamweaver CS3: The Missing Manual and here is the errata page, which includes tabs for confirmed and unconfirmed errata.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Luan,
We make many of our books available from oreilly.com as ebook bundles, which include three formats: ePub, mobi, and PDF.
According to the Nook support page, the Nook can display ePubs and PDFs:
What File Formats does nook support?
Nook supports all eBooks, eMagazines and eNewspapers sold at Barnes & Noble.com. You can also load many other files, including MP3s and PDFs, as well as ePub and PDB files.
You can also load images for wallpaper and screensavers using the JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP formats.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

Hi David,
Sorry for the frustration. Programming Perl is not currently available in mobi/Kindle format, but I will find out if it would be possible to provide a mobi version.
Many of our newer Perl books are available as ebook bundles from oreilly.com, which include mobi, epub, and PDF versions. Here are some of those books:
Learning Perl
Perl Cookbook
Intermediate Perl
Mastering Perl
You can find more Perl resources and content, including free book excerpts and Answers to common Perl questions, at http://oreilly.com/perl/.
I'll get back to you with information about a Kindle version of Programming Perl.

Hi Maggie,
You can find the example files on http://www.headfirstlabs.com/books/hfhtml/index.php by scrolling down to Book code and downloads. There you can see all of the files in the book (here's the zip file of all downloads) or you can download individual files by chapter. You can also view the examples online.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
