Sorry for the frustration. I've been able to download the files with no error, so the problem you were encountering should be resolved. You can find the live examples for the book at http://www.sawmac.com/dwcs4/ and you can download the zip of example files from http://www.sawmac.com/dwcs4/MM_DWCS4.zip.

If you still get errors when trying to download the files, email me at rachelj (at) oreilly (dot) com, and I will send you the files via email.

Once you're logged into your oreilly.com account, you can find the Register Your Book link on the book's catalog page and follow the steps to register your book.

The ISBN you'll need to enter for this book is 978-0-596-80347-6 (You can find this above the barcode on the back of the book, as well as in the Product Details section of the book page).
