Debug output to see where its at in parsing a logfile?
This looks like a really great tool! I'm wondering how to get around a few limitations in the current release.

Is there a way to have a debug output or other way to see where in the input file Spike is at while its loading the logfile? It seems to be getting hung somewhere along the line.

Any idea how big a log file it can cope with? I have a 176M File that it seems to be choking on.

Show if I am following someone if their tweet is not in a column (like Home Feed) where its inherent that they are following me.

I find that I tend to want to add people whose tweets are in a search column but I can't tell if I am already following them until I pop open the author window, try to follow them an then get the error message that I'm already following them

Seems that this should be a fundamental feature. Its hard to believe its not there. Does anyone know of any workarounds?

Oh and it would great if it also supported the new work with EBS and EBS could be used as a backing store of HBase!

Well if you had an integrated hadoop/hbase RPM package that made it easy to deploy a scalable HBase cluster I would switch to whatever *nix platform you said was easiest to use.

Haven't had a chance to try it since it doesn't quite fit into our current style / image (ubuntu and a custom EC2 image) we are using right now, but hopefully we'll be redoing much of that soon and can try using the Cloudera if there are Ubuntu apt packages.

We will definitely consider using the Hadoop RPMs before HBase rpms are available. We have to do it seperately today anyway. Its just I'm looking for even less work for myself :-)

And nothing wrong with -devel RPMs

Is there a way to do online bill payment with mint? Its what I mainly use Quicken for and I want to stop using quicken.

The lack of bill pay is a major consideration of my not adopting mint. I would even pay for it. (I'm already paying for it from Quicken and my bank).
