thanks - I'll get one of our engineers to reproduce. Basically what happens is that the apex/force.com code has to parse the JSON feeds that come back from your community - there are som cases when the JSON feed returns an extermely high amount of data and apex/force.com exceeds a limit.

Where does this error happen - is it when you search or is it some other operation. There is a limit that salesforce.com puts on the amount of processing each request can do, so I'd like to try and isolate where the event is occuring.

Hi Robert,

a few questions to try and narrow down -
1) Has anything changed in your envrironment in between the time that it was working and then when it wasn't?
2) Can you confirm that you are clicking "Save to JIRA" _after_ the case in Salesforce.com is _already saved_. There is no logic in the controls to delete cases, so interesting that you are observing this behaviour, or the case is somehow hidden.
