Hi Steve,
Sorry for the delay in responding to this. I have looked into this and I think the easiest thing to do would be for me to go directly to the server to get the images to your items. If you could just e-mail me your username to support@itaggit.com I can have this taken care of for you shortly.
Thanks again for your patience and feedback. Every little bit helps. :)
Regards,

If you log in with your iTaggit account you will be able to see it on your user dashboard under the "Value an Item" heading. We offer our own free valuation tool, as well as a link to get a certified online appraisal.
If you need further assistance with this or have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask us.

There are a few different ways to save images from an item to your computer.
- The first option is to simply right click on each image and click "Save As..." to save the image to your desktop
- The second option is to right click on each image and click "Copy Link Location," and then paste the URL in the address bar of your browser. This will let you see the full-size image.
- The third option is to go to your "My Items" section or any other collection and click "List Actions" and then "Generate a Report." From there you will see many different options to export your items, including their images. This option is probably the best if you are looking to do all of your archiving in bulk.

When you buy online, you'll often be asked to provide an additional security code for your credit card. Also know as the CVV2 code, this 3- or 4-digit code is located on the card itself.
For MasterCard and Visa, the security code will be in this area:

American Express security codes are on the front of the card:
