Upload Cover link does not work.
When I click the "upload cover" link on the book page, it changes into the text, "Select image..." but I get no image selection dialog box. I've tried this in Firefox and IE... and IE doesn't even display, "Select image..." I've tried updating my version of Flash. My user agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/3.0.3"
