Samuel asked a question in Nokia on September 28, 2009 06:45:
Why Nokia removes customer reviews which it did not like ?I tried Gravity application (For twitter) from OVI store of Nokia. The font size of the apllication is so small , it was not easily readable. So I wrote in the review as follows
"Reading tweets on gravity requires you to carry an magnifying glass as accessory. Snaptu is a better application "
Nokia's reply -
"We have removed the comment since it appears to violate the Ovi Store content guidelines.
Nokia is committed to providing a safe and fun service for the consumers. Repeated violations of the content guidelines may lead to termination of the account. Please continue to use Ovi Store but please review the Content Guidelines for what is not allowed on the service."
It seems Nokia does not want customer feedabck and removes content above as "unsuitable" and threatens to terminate the account !!!
Is it not arrogance of a market leader ? Do we all beleive on edited reviews in OVI store ?
Should be careful while reading reviews in OVI store

To be more specific - Internet pages load very slowly and hotmail page /inbox also slow. Reecently upgraded to IE8 - No improvement. Is there any thing to check in IE ? I think slow booting up is a issue with all Vista - Mine is x64..Thanks for the advise – Samuel, on August 16, 2009 09:36
