Some of our customers use Zendesk to have private internal conversations about Get Satisfaction topics. If you utilize the integration, you can import a GS topic into ZD as a help ticket, talk about it internally all you want, and then push the resolution back to GS.

Google*Calendar alerts freeze/crash other Google*Apps

This has to be fixed. In firefox, if you are in the process of attaching a file to a gmail and a calendar alert pops up before you are finished, then the whole system crashes/freezes.

Although rare, this bug is pretty big if you guys want to compete with the big boys.
