Yes, the missing results are exact duplicates that get filtered from output/display but not the results count.

I'm happy to report a "Duplicates hide/show" control will be in our next release, next week.

You will be able to see & export those duplicates, if you choose.

When a query contains short (2-3 characters), globally-frequent keywords, the search may take a minute to return results, because of the huge number of documents matched in the index.

For now, the best way to optimize such a search is to remove the short keywords which are so prolific.
