If you are sending from an iPhone, it will probably still be garbled as the units encode things all mysteriously with no way to prevent it.

Correct. Each user has their own triggers to do their own thing. But, say for instance I posted "#gaza Watching the news."

I don't have the trigger #gaza in my settings, and expect it to be posted as a tag to my services. Whereas if I DID have the #gaza trigger, it would perform as the trigger should under the rules I have set for it.

Ignoring all messages with a #tag at the beginning of the message would cause problems and unexpected results for users.

If a trigger isn't specified, the message processor wont try to process a "might be" trigger, and instead treats it as text. This is because #tbp might be a social tag used by other users, and therefore would render their messages as unposted.

Try putting the photo caption in the subject line, or above the picture in the e-mail. Remove ALL text AFTER the image in the Mail.app. We're working on a fix, but that should get you up and running.
