Not a problem - you don't "need" Twitter, you can email me your info at shawn.mcpike@att.com. I have copied this entire thread to an email and have it ready to send to our Social Media customer care team as soon as I get your information... I will add that as well. Molly at ATTCustomerCare and her team will assist you. (FYI just for your info... you can see a little about her team at www.twitter.com/ATTCustomerCare if you want to look. No need to submit anything there - that's just for information). Email and I will get eyes on this.

kvndiam, are you on Twitter? If so, let me know your twitter name and I will have the ATTCustomerCare team on Twitter contact you from there. I will forward this to them, but they will want to contact you directly so they'll need to get your contact info via private message. If you do not have access to this, let me know and I will give you my email at AT&T.
