Hi there, you can go to "Icon" > "Add an icon to the desktop" from the menu bar on the desktop, and in the popup dialog box, select your shortcut from the second dropdown box. – Sherrie, on December 19, 2009 00:07

Hi Pat,
If you want the events (from a shared calendar) to appear on your iPhone after the sync, you need to go to the cloud computer for the shared calendar, and in the administrations view, check "Sync Calendar" under "Your Preferences"...
Once that's done, the next time you open your iPhone's calendar, the event from the shared calendar in AirSet should appear on your phone.
Hope this helps..

A comment on the update "Available to all users: The new AirSet for iPhone feature" in AirSet:
@Lukas, Sorry to hear that you won't be able to use this feature. We are hoping that Apple will eventually allow sync with multiple exchange servers like other competitors. We are also closely monitoring user feedback -- for potential alternate solutions for our users with iPhones/other smartphones.

Hi Shava, Thanks for the feedback. I remember your offer to become a beta tester for our iPhone solution in one of the previous forums. We developed this solution for our users who live in AirSet (with their Calendars and Contacts), so that they can access AirSet on their iPhone. We are a small team but we are always trying to provide the right solutions for our users. I'm sorry to see that you've never given AirSet calendar a try -- with the group sharing/management aspects that we offer, if you have a strong need to be connected with a group's schedule, you might find that we offer added benefits than the Google Calendar. And you will be able to access this from the road now.

Available to all users: The new AirSet for iPhone featureThe AirSet for iPhone feature is officially in public beta!
This feature is now available to all AirSet users*. You can access this feature for free. [Get setup instructions here.]
AirSet for iPhone is a feature that syncs AirSet with your device (iPhone or iPod Touch) by emulating a Microsoft Exchange server. Once you go through the setup steps to enable this feature, you can keep the information on your device and AirSet in perfect sync.
AirSet for iPhone automatically pushes new contacts and calendar events over the air to your device, so the Calendar and Contacts on your device is always up-to-date. Moreover, you can make updates to your AirSet Calendar and Contacts directly from your device.
The private beta phase officially ended on 12/17/2009. We want to thank our beta testers for their participation. Their feedback and comments really helped us refined this feature! If you were a beta tester and have already set up the AirSet for iPhone feature, you can continue to use it without interruption of service.
We will continue to work on issues that you may bring up. Please share your questions or suggestions here in this forum or visit the website we set up for the public beta.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Sherrie
*Please note: Apple only allows one exchange server per account, you can use the AirSet for iPhone feature if you are not using the exchange server on your device for another purpose (for example, company email).
