If you dont know me you should, I joined this site over a year ago, am now a fully paid up member, I have played over 7000 games of chess, let there be no doubt that 99% of my time spent at chesscube is playing chess, its the other 1% that is an issue.

1.
Got an email from chess support(not thier real name), dont swear at other members, what the?, this guy did not play in the spirit of the game, he deserved to be sworn at, I hope he got an email telling him to play in a sportsman like way?, but I doubt it, there are lots that dont get sworn at, this really hit a nerve.

Had a question I wanted answered, asked it in cubecafe, a wanna be mod told me to go to the help room, so I asked same question in help room, now get this, bryan, seanw and comeandcatch were the mods here, comeandcatch responded first, now this guy has a problem grasping basic english, so I was not getting much help from him, bryan was playing chess, I know this because, his game results were showing up, and seanw, well dont know what he was doing chatting to one of his adoring fans I dont know, all I know is I was not getting any real help, now heres a flash, why dont mods who want to play or chat turn there mod lights off, much like a taxi, instead of just ignoring people!.

Went to the Aussie room yesterday, maybe a fellow Aussie could help, got talking to excaliber and told him a few things, mean while porkpie had joined the room, was listening had nothing to say until I asked ex was it just me?, to which porkpie jumps in with "its just you showbag" nice work porkpie, couldnt offer anything helpful but had no worries trying to put me down, nice moderating, getting the picture a lot of these mods need to go back into training they are just not up to the task, volunteers or not they chose to do the job, so they should be able to do the simple things as well as be nice, and stop being bullies.

Nothing works for me, my games dont show in the results bar, my stats dont come up, my games dont come up, is it just me whats going on here, because of the above events (issues 1,2,3.) I am getting irate and getting sick of making excuses for chesscubes poor performance, how about a complaints room, you have every other type of room going and a complaints room might actually be useful, oh no but wait that would mean facing your faults and mistakes, and the mistakes of others in your organisation, cant have you guys being accountable.

If chesscube was just about playing chess there would not be a problem,that part works fine, but its not there are rooms and mods and owners and other things lots of things that make it potentionaly a wonderful site, at the moment outside of the chess board its a rude and violent environment.

one thing i noticed with v4 is that you cant scroll back thru the moves once other player has left, example being, one game i was not able to tell if he had resigned or had run out of time, thanks.
