I totally agree with Arnaud on this ! While it's a good idea to recommend new sharing circles to which my friends subscribe, I think it's a terrible idea to put their posts in another page when they post in a circle to which I don't subscribe.
It's great to recommend more content or new content, but with this option it feels like you're taking content away from us, just to be able to then recommend it. Lol.
While you're trying to encourage people to participate more, why divide the feed in two, cause it makes it look like there is less participation ? It's very annoying to have to click back and forth on the two tabs to find the post you're looking for.
We were talking about intentional communication before. I think it's important to know that when you post something on yokway, your friends will see it. I also want to see what my friends are posting no matter the subject, without having to go to different tabs.
The main problem with the way it works right now, is that both sections (i.e. My circles and My friends circles) contain posts that you really care about. The first one contains all the circles to which you've subscribed so obviously you're very interested by them, and the other contains all the posts from good friends that were posted in no circles, and that's MANY posts, or in circles that you're really interested in as well but to which you haven't had the time to subscribe yet, so you can't miss those either.
It would be OK to have extra options in that tool bar up there that you might use once a month or so (like the "everybody" button for example), but because those two sections are so important, you need to click on those damn buttons all the time and it's just very annoying.-
