While we are waiting for the support team to get back from a well deserved long weekend there is a couple things to look at. Make sure IE is up to date. Look to see if antivirus has a popup blocker. Disable all tool bars in IE.
Being that this is the first I have seen this (not to say it hasn't happened before) and I am unable to reproduce it, interference from a third party would be my guess.

Follow Nato's instructions but just keep in mind shout remembers the settings and/or templates applied to each song and that your new template will need to be applied to each song that it has not been applied to yet. Any new song added to your library will have the default template applied to it automatically.

I would have to agree with Nathan. I have the 9800GT at church but the 9600 should do fine. And Nvidia uses a universal driver for most of their cards so finding one for the stage display that does not need to be as powerful but still uses the same driver will remove the threat of driver conflicts. Just keep in mind that the new card may be required to be plugged in to your power supply. Be sure the one you have will have the connection and the juice to handle it.

John Phillips replied on November 26, 2009 03:03 to the problem "Video file loading freeze" in MediaComplete:
When you say "add to the video library" did you pull the iWorship videos off of the DVD? If so, how did you accomplish this and in what format are the videos? Does it only happen with the iWorship videos? Have you installed any codecs yet? If not, please follow the following instructions.
Here are some things that we recommend checking for video/dvd issues:
Check your second screen resolution. Go to the Windows Display Properties and make sure that your secondary monitor is NOT set to 640x480. If it is then change it to at least 800x600. 640x480 is too low quality and can keep videos from loading or playing in MediaShout.
Make sure MediaShout is updated to the latest build. In MediaShout, go to Help>Check For Updates to get it. This is to ensure that MediaShout is using the most recent technology and is "up to speed" so that you can make a more accurate assessment.
Make sure Windows Media Player is at least version 10 or higher. MediaShout uses some of the same technology to render video/dvd playback.
Make sure you have all the latest Windows updates http://update.microsoft.com/ It is important to keep Windows updated because MediaShout keep up with the latest Windows technology.
Make sure you have the right video card that is required for MediaShout. We recommend a high-end gaming type video card with FULL DirectX 9+ support and at least 128 mb of "dedicated" video memory (VRAM).
Make sure your video card drivers are up to date. You can get the video card drivers either from the computer manufacturer's web site or the video card manufacturer's web site. It is important to keep the video card drivers updated to keep up with the latest MediaShout and Windows technology.
Tweak the video/dvd codecs. We don't recommend tweaking codecs until after you have checked all other steps first. If steps 1-6 do not work, then try downloading and installing codecs using the following instructions:
Download the Klite Mega Codec Pack. http://www.free-codecs.com/download_s... Install instructions http://download.mediacomplete.com/Doc...
During install, Choose Profile #7: Lots of Stuff
While in that same menu, scroll down until you see the MPEG 2/DVD and check LIBMPEG2.
Continue the installation using the default settings.
Click here for a more detailed explanation about codecs and how they work.http://clearpointpresentations.blogsp...
NOTE: For iWorship DVD's you will need PowerDVD 7 to get the subtitles to work properly. http://download.cyberlink.com/ftpdloa...

Here are some links to instructions and downloads that might solve your DVD issues. They also include the solution for quicktime files.
MediaShout can play Quicktime files as long as the computer has the right Quicktime codec configuration. In order to configure the codecs to work with MediaShout, we typically recommend installing the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and the Quicktime Alternative 1.81 respectively.
Here are instructions for downloading and installing both:
K-Lite Mega Codec Pack
Download the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack. http://www.filehippo.com/download_kli...
Install instructions http://download.mediacomplete.com/Doc...
During install, Choose Profile #7: Lots of Stuff.
Be sure that MPEG-2/DVD is checked and select ffdshow (libmpeg2).
Continue the installation using the default settings.
Quicktime Alternative 1.81
Download the Quicktime Alternative 1.81.http://www.filehippo.com/download_qui...
Install using the default settings.
If you follow these instructions and are still having problems using Quicktime files, then it may be because of the way the file was encoded. Or, there might be other codecs in the system that are inhibiting MediaShout. Sometimes other programs install proprietary codecs that can interfere. You can test this by uninstalling the other programs or codecs. If you try and it doesn't work, you might consider converting the files to another format that does work with your system.
