Abuse reporting reward system and "Model Users"Many people happen to be on the receiving end or a witness of abuse in ChessCube. The logical thing to do for many is to report such abusive users to ChessCube Support.
It would be cool to have a reward system for *witnesses* who report abuse in ChessCube. They could be awarded points based on the severity of the abuse, the accuracy of the report, the details given in the report, etc. There could also be negative points for witnesses who report inaccurately, like reporting a non-abusive situation to ChessCube, giving nonsensical details and framing.
This would make people more proactive in keeping a lookout for abuse and being a good Netizen on ChessCube. It could also make ChessCube Support's work easier by making witnesses report abusive situations accurately and with all details to ChessCube.
The points could then be exchanged for videos or chess-related products. There could also be "Model User" awards, where ChessCube gives out badges/titles to users who clocked numerous points and is a proactive Netizen on ChessCube. They could also be made trial mods, where their performance as mods for a month would determine if they're suitable to be a mod.

Banned users should know reasons for banBanned users often flood the ChessCube forum or Get Satisfaction asking ChessCube for the reason for ban.
However, why not send a email to banned users notifying them of the reason for the ban. That will allow ChessCube to clear up lots of misunderstanding and space in Get Satisfaction or the Forum. If banned users want to appeal, give them an email to appeal to. Appoint a specific mod to be i/c of the appeals. However, also warn banned users that their ban could become more serious if they abuse the appeal system.
This will assure banned users of a chance to clear his/her name if he/she was wronged.-

Hi there misty (and yes, i have the problem)
Ever since I played with taababy (15/12/08 1:54pm), the subsequent (rated and unrated) games i played were not logged in My Games and My Profile.
Also, when i played with pearlygirl83, even though i won, the rating was not added.
Can chesscube please quickly fix this bug coz it's infuriating.-
