If you will e-mail me at rhendrick@changehealthcare.com, I will get you an early look at the new interface with your data in it, if you want to see it today (Sunday).

Yep. That's a bug in the current version of MedBillManager. But I went through and checked it in the new version of the site that is launching tomorrow (Monday, March 3, 2008) and everything functions properly (and looks much cooler, too!). You're data will be brought over when the new site launches tomorrow and that issue should be resolved. Please let me know if you have any issues with this once we've made the switch. You will still be able to access your account through MedBillManager.com, but changehealthcare.com will be the "official" site after tomorrow.

Don't always have a Bill and don't want to enter oneI don't always get a Bill from my physician, and don't really want to add them. So... I create a payment when I go to the doctor and then enter the EOB information when I get the EOB. This seems to work, except for this now shows an Open Balance where the "Charges" equal my co-pay. When I entered the Payment, I checked off that I was not expecting to get a bill. Is there some way to get these open balances to clear without going to the rouble of entering a Bill?
