Another question... I presume you would expect the printable version to be generated as a PDF. What other information would you want to be displayed on the printable version. For example:
Company Logo
Company Name
Company Address
Phone
Email
Website
Map
Images
etc.
Also, would the you expect the layout to be the same for all tours? Is there anything on the tour details that you would not want to see on the printed version?

There is a new e-commerce tracking code that gets displayed only on the booking complete (or thankyou) page. To use this feature, take a look at this blog article:

The original conversion code will work as well, but it must be placed in the conversion tracking field and used in addition to the new Google conversion code.

Hi Summer,
We've added a feature that I think would work really well for you. It is the inventory adjustment feature. You can go to the calendar for a specific tour option (i.e. Tour > Booking > Details > Calendar), choose the day that you want to black out from the list of days of the month on the left and adjust your inventory down to "0" for the day. You don't have to remove this adjustment after the fact like a rule because it will only affect that day. When you run your reports, it will indicate that the inventory was decreased because of an adjustment.

Hi Michael, the promo code is supported for back-end bookings. When you search for available inventory in the back-end, enter a promo code in the "Enter Promo Code" box next to the "Get Inventory" button. This will automatically apply the promo code to the inventory that is retrieved. For more details you can refer to this support article:

When you create a back-end booking, you can send a copy of the confirmation email by clicking on the "Send Booking Receipt" button located on the right hand side of the Booking Details page. You can also download or send a link to the Voucher for the booking by clicking on the "Voucher" link in the upper right hand side. Remember though, that the voucher link will only show up if the payment status of the booking is set to "Received".

Rezgo Supports Group Pricing RulesDo you offer tours or activities with tiered pricing? For example, do offer a discount per person if more people book at the same time? Good news! Rezgo now supports the ability for you to create pricing rules that support tiered pricing. When creating a pricing rule you now have the option of choosing a “Min” and “Max” number of people that book in order for the pricing rule to be triggered. When a customer enters a number of passengers (or tickets) into the booking form, the booking confirmation page will show the tiered pricing that you set-up in the rule.
