Thanks for fixing Geo-Spot - it works great. Any chance that a lat/long direct type-in function could ever be added?
St. Johns is stil listed as a location to attach in the USVI.

Unable to load new product.This is the second day that I have been unable to upload my new activities to Rezgo. I get all the way through the Add Tour process, and then after I hit the Submit Tour button, I receive an error message that tells me I have left required fields blank, which I have not done.
The Geo Tag function is not working.
There is an error on the Location portion of the form: When I choose Virgin Island (Us) - which should be US - one of my "city" options is St. Johns, which is a town in Antigua. St. John is the island in the USVI. Also, St. Thomas is listed twice.
I was up at 5am, thinking that I could get online before your system got busy, but that did not help. I have a lot of product to load and had hoped to accomplish that sooner rather than later. Can you tell me if you are having problems with your system?

That is how the process worked on our first booking through Rezgo. With this booking it is a little different. The booking appears as a new booking on my home page, and the 2 seats have been removed from that day's inventory. Since customers should not be able to complete the booking without payment, I am confused as to what is happening.
The booking history states that the customer created a booking on the front end at 1:21 a.m. 2009-09-07. The booking number is 9H6X8G3K9H.
What am I missing?

Booking notification not receivedI received a new booking on August 7, which I noticed when I logged into the Rezgo system. To date (8/10) I have not received e-mail notification of this reservation, nor has PayPal received notification of payment. Neither has my vendor received notification of the booking. Are you having problems with your notification system?

A comment on the question "Am I using the calendar correctly?" in Rezgo.com:
Stephen: The calendar use I asked about would be for blackout dates from our clients - due to boat maintenance, hurricane season, or whatever - not bookings that we would take a percentage of nor track (no revenue; no need to track). Sorry if I did not make that clear in my original question. I still have the same question: Is there a way to use the calendar to change availability status of tours? Am I using the calendar correctly?I have been creating rules to indicate when a tour is unavailable (usually due to prior booking). I have noticed that when I pull up the calendar for an option, it shows availability (or lack thereof) but that's it. Is there a way to pull up that calendar and use it change availability status? That would seem easier than creating rules all the time.-

Still takes a long time to upload inventory.If this is your new an improved faster system, I am unimpressed. It still takes a long time for pages to load, to upload images, and to add form fields.

Additional purchases at bookingOne of my tours offers a lunch option, which I am trying to include. There is a set price per person. The price is not commissionable. How do I allow the customer to choose the number of lunches they want AND have that total show up when they book? I have tried using a form field, but can't find a way to allow someone to select x lunches at $xx each.

Inventory input very slowIs there a way to optimize the time it takes for Rezgo to operate while inventory is being loaded? It seems to take a very long time for windows to open, etc. I have high-speed Internet access, and do not have this trouble with other online applications. Are you experiencing system slow-downs for some reason?
