SuperViva isn't loading because...we changed something related to the domain and, as they say, "something didn't work as expected." The site will be back online before you can memorize the latest Harry Potter book.
In the meantime I am offering All You Want brainstorming / ideas in thanks for your patience!

Susie replied on July 31, 2008 20:30 to the idea "New features requests" in SuperViva Life Lists:
Hi there - Yes all great ideas I've mulled over many a time. And I know this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of what would be nice. It is fabulous to hear what's important. I'm going to start boldly asking for financial endowments to make these dreams come true. (That was my way of non-boldly asking.) :) If you have any thoughts on that let me know!
Here are some thoughts and questions:
1. Some goals are complex and truly are mutli-steps goals. It would be nice to have an "add sub-goal" feature to a parent goal.
-->Definitely would be nice, and also to make these available to the public to copy the stepped lists (kind of like an ehow).
It sounds like you use the feature to group goals into lists. I especially like doing this for goals related to travel. While I know it doesn't nest or order the subgoals it kind of addresses that. Here's an overview: http://www.superviva.com/tour_topicbr...
It's interesting that in the past I wanted to use my Palm to do this, but they didn't have enough levels of "parents/child" relationships in the to do lists. If you're really into this there are lots of specific to do list management software and websites out there. Not to discourage you, just trying to help!
2. Add "recurring goals" type. Example: "Volunteer in a homeless" every first Saturday or every month.
-->This type of thing I put on my calendar. The life list isn't really designed for this in terms of being a full calendaring system. I could see how it could work, but I found drawing the line in saying it isn't a calendar replacement made prioritizing features easier :)
3. Add "reminders" to goal due approaching date
-->Yes, definitely would be nice.
4. Add "related goals" features where the member can connect several goals together with precedence. For example: I need to "Graduate high school" first in order to "get acceptance in Harvard Law"
-->Ya that would be cool and is slightly related to #1. An overall annual planner to prompt you to look at school schedules and plan vacations in advance etc. would be nice.
5. Be able to assign multiple goals from the Active list to one or more life lists/dimensions
-->I'm excited you use that feature. Alas for now you'll need to do it 1 by 1. Sorry :( A way to work around this would be to make lists named like the life dimensions. I know it's not ideal but it would work.
or reset them to no list, similar to 'Get HTML code' functionality
-->I'm curious - have you seen this page:
http://superviva.com/my.lists.php
There's a small "edit" link on the left side of the life list.
Thanks!! Great ideas.

So. . . why was this on the blog? "The question of whether to pursue artistic endeavors—as well as Internet passion projects like SuperViva (which I do think has a viable business model but went on my “back burner.”)"
Is SuperViva back-burnered? if so, how do I get my list from you? I'm starting to think I should have gone old-school, with a google document or just paper and pencil.

Take a quick SuperViva survey...While we're "out" would you please tell us a little how SuperViva can best serve you? (Aside from the site actually *working* ;) NO REGISTRATION OR EMAIL REQUIRED.
Thanks!

Hello Susie and thanks for the feedback. I've actually had the same issue for awhile now and I'm glad that you've brought it up. I like your suggestion of just using plain simple language. I'll see about getting that in the new designs for the company home page (as Cameron mentions above), and elsewhere.
Thanks!
Susie asked a question in Research In Motion on June 27, 2008 16:35:
Do you use a Blackberry headset for your Curve or an iPod earbud?Yesterday I discovered that I can listen to music on my Blackberry Curve using my iPod earbud. But then when someone called I wasn't able to hear them through the earbud.
I'm curious if you've found you can use certain iPod earbuds with a Curve or not. The whole things of having to buy 2 adapters to work in the Curve is a huge pain!
Gracias.
