If you have created your DeskAway account after 25th August, 2009 then you can not see the Docs. Because the "Docs" tab is not available for the Free Plans now.

We have implemented this "Delete Contacts in Mass" feature in the Personal & All Contacts sections (only if there is more than 3 contacts). You can check this at your end.

Hello Dammon,
This Date issue with adding time to Task is fixed & you can check this at your end. Now the time added date is coming instead of the start-date of the task on the Time Sheet section.
