Messages don't get deleted unless you delete them yourself or they get deleted by the sender. Are you making sure that you're logged into the correct account?

After you've recorded your voice comment, you have the option to review your comment or "SAVE". To save, press "1".

Also, if your friend has their voice comments set to "PRIVATE", your voice comment will have to be approved by them first in order for your comment to be seen.

Select your favorite voice player skin and on the next page, you'll

The reason you are asked to dial an access code is that Snapvine is a long distance number. Your phone carrier requires a code to authorize a long distance call. Contact the person who pays the phone bill and they will have the code to access the long distance service.

Try this: instead of right clicking to have it automatically saved to your clipboard, highlight the code in blue and hit "CTRL-L" to copy. Then paste the code with "CTRL-V" Do you still have a problem?

We don’t yet have a function to delete an account. Let me suggest a couple things you can do. If you no longer want your voice recorder on your page, just delete the code from your profile. If you don't want people to leave you messages, just clean out your Snapvine profile. Do this by logging onto your Snapvine account and click "ACCOUNT" then "PHONE NUMBERS" and delete your number. Next select "EMAIL ADDRESS" and enter a fake email address. Then go to "EDIT PHOTO" and delete your photo. By doing this, you’ll break all the links that connect your Snapvine account to you. Have a nice day!

Maddie are you using Safari as your web browser? Currently Snapvine doesn't work with Safari, so you'll have to use another web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. If this isn't the problem, please contact me directly at christian@snapvine.com

No, subscribing does not have anything to do with a telephone bill because Snapvine has nothing to do with bills. We never charge anyone for anything.

What subscribing means is that you can be updated everytime someone you're subscribing to adds a voice blog entry.

If you want to add the picture to your profile, just log onto your Snapvine account and click

ACCOUNT ---> EDIT PROFILE ---> ADD PHOTO

Make sure your photo is saved on your computer as a .JPEG file and is smaller than 4MB.
