Messages don't get deleted unless you delete them yourself or they get deleted by the sender. Are you making sure that you're logged into the correct account?

After you've recorded your voice comment, you have the option to review your comment or "SAVE". To save, press "1".

Also, if your friend has their voice comments set to "PRIVATE", your voice comment will have to be approved by them first in order for your comment to be seen.

WIDGETS ---> VOICE PLAYER

Select your favorite voice player skin and on the next page, you'll
receive a code. Copy and paste this code into your MySpace profile just

The reason you are asked to dial an access code is that Snapvine is a long distance number. Your phone carrier requires a code to authorize a long distance call. Contact the person who pays the phone bill and they will have the code to access the long distance service.

Try this: instead of right clicking to have it automatically saved to your clipboard, highlight the code in blue and hit "CTRL-L" to copy. Then paste the code with "CTRL-V" Do you still have a problem?

Well what can I say...., I just can not get over the Outstanding Technical Support that SnapVine Inc, keeps putting out to it's members on a day to day basis.

Hi..., Swifty and to all the Staff on SnapVine..., the folks that get it done !

I'm having a problem when posting Blogs and leaving Voice Comments they last for under a minute or so. We had this problem about three months ago, and it was corrected from your end. Now is doing it again...., PLEASE HELP !

Yes, having the ability to embed a Snapvine code to put a voice player in a bulletin board is a great idea, and it's something we're working on!

We don’t yet have a function to delete an account. Let me suggest a couple things you can do. If you no longer want your voice recorder on your page, just delete the code from your profile. If you don't want people to leave you messages, just clean out your Snapvine profile. Do this by logging onto your Snapvine account and click "ACCOUNT" then "PHONE NUMBERS" and delete your number. Next select "EMAIL ADDRESS" and enter a fake email address. Then go to "EDIT PHOTO" and delete your photo. By doing this, you’ll break all the links that connect your Snapvine account to you. Have a nice day!
