I agree about the use of mass transit instead of a car -- or instead of a car for commuting purposes. But I also want to mention that anyone using transit MORE than that average American is on the right track. The message here is that using transit any more than the average American means I'm using too much of it! It's quite possibly not the message you intended. :-)

Eh hem: My 100% vegan and 80%local and 90% organic diet is stated here to be 13% higher than average? I don't think so.
