Set enqueue track as default behavior when opening spotify-links.

I would like an option to set the default action when clicking spotify-links. Most of the times when I click a Spotify-URL, I want to finish the current song that I'm listening to, and then continue.

So, an option to set the default action to place the song in the play queue would be nice. This is affecting links to specific tracks, but it might be a good idea to make it possible to choose action when clicking Spotify-URL's to searches, albums and such as well. But for now, preferably when clicking links to single tracks, since the track immediately starts when clicking the link.

Long playlist names

Since it's not possible to expand the playlist more than about 300 pixels, long playlist names won't be visible. Would be nice to see the name of the playlist somewhere else than in the playlist-list. Some kind of header (in the playlist view, not only in the play queue) and also a tooltip when hovering the playlist-list.

Highlight new songs in playlists

I've got a bunch playlists created by friends and other people, which tend to be updated now and then, quite irregularly. I think it would be nice to get some kind of notification if new songs have been added to any playlist, and then highlight the new songs in the playlist. This would only be needed the first time the playlist is viewed.

My iPhone's got dust under the display, and it's gotten worse the last two months. Is this something that's occuring on many phones, or am I just out of luck? Anyways, how could this be solved?
