Not Another HeartbreakOkay. I have waited 3 days for a response to my FIRST technical issue since returning to Ning, and now I have a second. The first has yet to be responded to, much less resolved. I thought it was because I'm Black (kidding!), but a nice Christian woman by the name of Noelle has had a serious problem with her network for over a month, and has yet to hear a response. So what chance do I stand?
Does anyone at Ning answer questions here any more? Am I being punished for moving to SG over the Summer? Am I going to regret returning to Ning?
So my second issue is this: The titles of my forum discussions do not show. You can see them in the activity stream, but not at the post itself.

GoneHelp! My network is disappearing! I submitted a ticket the other day, stating that my "Share" function was not malfunctioning. It's working now, but now tabs are missing and the Manage area is all screwy! I can't do anything there.

I don't know what happened with the codes vanishing from my admin page, but I re-installed the Jisbar. It is visible in IE8 and Firefox, but not in Chrome. Up until Saturday night, it was visible in Chrome. I even tried to view it on other PC's, and I get the same result. I have yet to reinstall any other codes, so there should be nothing interfering with it. – Thunder X, on November 30, 2009 16:12

Yes. All of my codes (Amazon affiliate code, SiteSuites code, etc) were fine. If this is Vince, you know I know how to do this. When yo suggested the Snap code may have been causing the Jisbar to not show, I removed the Snap code. I return to the site to find ALL of my codes missing. – Thunder X, on November 29, 2009 23:11

Holy Spit, st!!! Then again, Widget Laboratory had a program that could do the same, but Ning squashed that within hours. Who's to say they won't do the same here? That price tag is pretty steep too. But I think I'll have at it, and see what's what. Thanks! – Thunder X, on November 15, 2009 05:01
