Okay, I think we've got this one figured out.

For those of you playing along at home: the "remote" and "local" sides of a Site have to be unique (i.e. not the same folder) no matter how you configure Coda to access them. In other words, you can't publish to the folder you're publishing from.

Whoa! I don't think we've ever seen this happen before. I definitely want to know more about this. Looks like you've emailed us, so I'll follow up there.
